Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in landscaping/gardening.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related area (preferred).
• Experience with third-party management (preferred).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage exterior maintenance tasks and projects.
• Plan budgets and approve purchases for parts, materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with Home Office and third-party providers to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies, OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide customer service to facility users.
• Schedule and track maintenance projects and prepare reports.
