Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services-DOT in Southaven, MS. The role focuses on operating and maintaining exterior facilities, including grounds and equipment, to support events and daily store operations.

You will follow safety policies, OSHA/EPA guidelines, manage budgets, supervise third-party providers, and help ensure a clean, safe workplace for associates. This is a full-time, on-site position with shifts that may vary and a pay range of $19 to $35 per hour.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• No DUI/DWI within the last three years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years (CDL where applicable).
• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• 2 years' landscaping/gardening industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and enforces Walmart policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy.
• Complies with OSHA and EPA regulations per Exterior Service guidance and safety policy.
• Controls costs by price comparisons and submitting warranty claims.
• Completes forms for Regional Managers and Home Office associates.
• Leads third-party providers and conducts performance evaluations.
