Job summary

Glacier Bank Park is seeking a reliable Exterior Facilities Lead to oversee groundskeeping, landscaping, and exterior maintenance at Glacier Bank Park in Kalispell, MT. This full-time role includes supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, and leading improvement projects to keep outdoor areas in top condition.

The position requires hands-on work, seasonal scheduling, and occasional travel to sister properties. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of weed control, irrigation systems, and seasonal preparations.
• Ability to operate grounds equipment safely and read manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grassed and landscaped areas, perform mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, mulching and irrigation maintenance.
• Monitor plant health and report issues; adjust watering as needed.
• Inspect grounds, exterior systems, structures, and equipment for safety and appearance.
• Keep parking areas, walkways, and entrances clean and presentable.
• Lead assigned projects from planning through completion and supervise others.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors for estimates, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Operate snow removal equipment and perform winter maintenance as needed.
• Maintain records of inspections, maintenance and repairs.
