Job summary

4 Seasons Landscaping is seeking a Lawn Mowing Supervisor / Crew Lead in Kalispell, MT. You will lead mowing crews, coordinate daily work, and ensure properties are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

This role emphasizes outdoor leadership, coaching crew members, and influencing how work is organized as the company grows. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial lawn care or landscaping experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Commercial Pesticide Applicator license or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead mowing crews daily, assign tasks, ensure timely completion per standards.
• Plan and adjust daily mowing schedules for productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee use, care, and maintenance of mowers, trimmers, blowers and related equipment.
• Inspect sites during and after service, correct issues on-site and meet client expectations.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide clear updates on work performed.
