Job summary

EASTERN GLASS & ALUMINUM in Norcross, GA is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial glazing and façade projects from award through closeout. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain client communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

As a key leader, you’ll partner with engineering, fabrication, operations, and field teams, upholding safety, quality, and accountability while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree required in construction-related field.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification and Procore Certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate startup, mobilization, and turnover activities.
• Ensure budget adherence and cost control; review financial reports.
• Lead project meetings and status reviews; mentor junior staff.
• Promote safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
