Job summary

Terrelonge Staffing Solutions Inc. seeks a Commercial Glass Superintendent to lead and oversee glass installation on commercial projects in Georgia, including Griffin. You will coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients to meet schedules, budgets, and quality expectations.

You will manage on-site activities, enforce safety, prepare progress reports, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring site crews and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial construction management with glass installation focus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: develop schedules, plans and budgets for glass installation projects.
• Site Management: oversee on-site activities, safety, and workforce.
• Quality Control: conduct regular inspections to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Foster a collaborative work environment and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Cost Management: monitor expenses and optimize project profitability.
