IVAN BRICE ARCHITECTURE seeks an experienced professional for exterior envelope inspection and remedial work. The role involves conducting condition surveys, preparing diagnostic reports, and developing plans for repairs/replacements of facades, roofs, and windows, with emphasis on NYC regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering and substantial experience with NYC Facade Inspection & Safety Program protocols, DOB NOW submissions, and

Competenze

• Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering degree required with exterior envelope inspection expertise.

Mansioni

• Conduct exterior condition surveys and prepare diagnostic reports for NYC FISP filings.
• Prepare plans and specifications for exterior envelope repair/replacement projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with staff, clients, owners, agency reps and contractors.
• Inspect and report on construction progress and quality; review payment apps and change orders.
• Determine applicable NYC ECC code requirements and prepare LPC filings.
