Exterior Medics in Virginia is seeking a Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of exterior remodeling projects—from contracts through final completion. You will guide crews, coordinate with sales, inspectors, and customers, and ensure projects are safe, profitable, and well-coordinated.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in residential exterior construction project management, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with digital project tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in residential or exterior construction project management.
• Experience with roofing and siding preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with sales, field teams, and customers to manage scope changes and project adjustments.
• Oversee field crews and subcontractors to ensure timely completion and safety compliance.
• Support safety planning and ensure workmanship meets standards and codes.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and provide clear updates throughout the project lifecycle.
