Qualifications

• 3 years of residential and commercial construction management experience.
• 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and scopes in a construction environment.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to job sites across the region; pass MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on residential and commercial projects and communicate progress with Project Manager, GC's, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret residential and commercial drawings and scopes; identify scope gaps early.
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and equipment across active job sites; maintain site cleanliness.
• Own the schedule from mobilization to punch list and communicate timeline updates.
