Qualifications

• Background in exterior construction management or commercial projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources for projects.
• Familiarity with local codes, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility analyses.
• Oversee exterior construction activities to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers.
• Manage resources and ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and report progress.
• Develop and manage budgets; control costs and save where possible.
• Review invoices and payments to subs.
• Prepare progress and financial reports for senior management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety audits.
• Lead meetings with clients and teams.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business.
• Close-out activities and lessons learned.
