Job summary

CMP Exterior, LLC. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial exterior installation projects from inception through closeout. You will supervise field teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, design teams and estimators to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining change orders, ensuring safety compliance, and handling contract review and kickoff meetings. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory construction industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of plans and specifications for large projects.
• Experience in cost control and progress scheduling.
• Subcontract language interpretation and management.
• Excellent presentation and written skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Supervise field personnel and ensure compliance with budget, standards and quality.
• Coordinate with owners, design team, GC/CM and estimators on requirements.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, change orders and closeout documentation.
• Review contracts and run kickoff meetings; set up requisition formats with accounting.
• Monitor safety and quality on site; ensure permits and paperwork are complete.
• Assist estimating department to bid and secure projects.
