Job summary

Hirenexus seeks a General Manager to lead the launch and growth of a new Exterior Commercial Painting division. You will own day-to-day operations, build a scalable subcontractor network, oversee project management and drive profitable growth.

You will manage division personnel, set strategic direction, and report on KPIs/OKRs while ensuring regulatory and company policy compliance. Emphasis on leadership and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading exterior painting or related services.
• Experience managing subcontractor networks.
• Strong cost control and project financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead rollout and development of the exterior painting division.
• Develop processes, SOPs, and standards for national growth.
• Own full P&L for the division.
• Set strategic direction and business planning.
• Track KPIs and OKRs for divisional performance.
• Manage division personnel and vendor relationships.
• Represent the unit internally and externally.
• Stay compliant with laws and company policies.
