Silva’s Painting & General Services is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations, estimating, and administration. You will own the day-to-day performance, drive profitability, and strengthen the management team as the business grows.

This leadership role partners with ownership to set strategy, improve systems, and ensure scalable execution across projects, with a base salary of $125,000–$135,000 plus benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial painting experience
• Experience with large commercial painting operations, ideally $15M+ annual revenue
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, job costing, margins, and financial performance
• Experience overseeing operations, estimating, and project execution
• Understanding of labor productivity, scheduling, accounts receivable, and profitability
• Commercial repaint and/or new-construction painting experience
• Proven ability to lead people, develop managers, and create accountability
• Strong communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
• History of stability and long-term impact with previous employers

Silva’s Painting & General Services is looking for an experienced General Manager to help lead our company into its next stage of growth.

We’ve built a successful commercial painting business with approximately 20 years of operating history. Now, we’re looking for a proven leader who can take ownership of our day-to-day operations, strengthen our management structure, and help us continue to grow.

This is more than a project management role.

Our General Manager will work directly with ownership and oversee Operations, Estimating, and Administration, with responsibility for the overall financial and operational performance of the business.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of commercial painting experience
• Experience working within a larger commercial painting operation, ideally $15M+ in annual revenue
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, job costing, margins, and financial performance
• Experience overseeing operations, estimating, and project execution
• Understanding of labor productivity, scheduling, accounts receivable, and profitability
