Job summary

Homewood & Meeks, a Division of US LBM, is seeking a Product Line Sales Specialist in Vacaville, CA. This role drives new sales for a product line, maintains existing accounts, and collaborates with Sales and Product Line teams to expand market share, with frequent collaboration across internal teams and field personnel.

The position offers a pay range of $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, plus commission, and requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3 years of sales experience in building materials or related industry.
• 2 years of sales experience in specific product line.
• Ability to read, interpret and estimate from blueprints; use calculator and computer.

Responsibilities

• Develops and assists sales managers in establishing short and long term growth plans and targets for specialty product line.
• Researches and communicates sales forecast for product line and sets performance goals with Sales manager.
• Assists Product Line Manager team in developing rollout timelines for product lines.
• Identifies opportunities for customer and product line expansion.
• Develops new customer accounts through cold calls and prospect lists.
• Quotations, orders, deliveries coordination with Inside/Outside sales teams.
