Job summary

ABC Supply is seeking talented outside sales professionals to sell residential and commercial building materials to contractor customers and to strategically build new relationships in the industry.

You will cultivate customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and help customers with training, credit procedures, and payments while representing a leading wholesale distributor known for strong compensation packages and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Sales or other related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior time management and organization skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions, including service concerns.
• Provide training to customers and their teams on product lines and services.
• Assist customers in the credit application process and collect payments when necessary.
