Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. offers a co-op and internship program at the West Fargo, ND site to empower students through real-world projects. You will work in ERP, assist with data analytics, and engage in coding tasks across C#, VBA, WiX, SQL and VB.NET, while collaborating with dealers and field staff.

The program runs for 8 months (co-op) or 4 months (internship) with potential full-time opportunities after completion. Strong communication and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, SE or Business Administration (freshman to senior).
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Must commit for the full term of co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Protection Plus business by completing invoice activities in ERP, retain records and assist with reconciliations.
• Communicate directly with the dealer network.
• Assist data analytics and reporting optimization for extended warranty metrics.
• Assist with process documentation creation.
• Assist writing, maintaining and testing code (C#, VBA, WiX, SQL, VB.NET).
• Assist with training dealers and field staff on Protection Plus offerings.
