Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields considered.
• Three years of administrative or program coordination experience.
• One year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience developing staff training is preferred.
• Independent judgment in program logistics and family communication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across Extended Programs.
• Supervise staff, student workers, and volunteers as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and program activities.
• Communicate with families, staff, and internal departments.
• Support staff development and program evaluation planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
