Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of two years in trucking operations and dispatch.
• Knowledge of DOT Safety and Hours of Service is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours operations support to drivers, contractors, terminals and customers.
• Assist with load tracking, fuel cards, invoices, hotels, and delivery notifications.
• Track and update high-visibility customer information and coordinate road-side assistance.
