Quality Carriers, Inc. in Savannah, GA seeks an energetic Driver Operations Specialist to oversee day‑to‑day driver operations for a group of up to 30 drivers.

This role requires participation in an on‑call schedule and involves dispatching, load planning, and providing superior customer service. You will work with ISAAC tablets, TMW, and TotalMail to dispatch drivers, manage time‑off planning, and address safety, regulatory, and service issues in collaboration with Operations, Safety and HR.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with DOT Requirements, CSA expectations and Safety procedures.
• Proficient computer skills and office software.
• Willingness to travel multiple times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day driver operations for up to 30 drivers (employees and ICs).
• Dispatch loads and plan with ISAAC tablets, TMW and TotalMail.
• Coordinate safety, compliance, and performance issues with drivers and managers.
• Manage on‑call driver schedules and time‑off planning.
• Dispatch per company policy to ensure on‑time service and driver earnings.
