Job summary

Cole Valley Christian Schools, established in 1972, is the largest Christian school in Idaho, serving approximately 1,400 students from early childhood through 12th grade with a culture of grace, truth and love. The Extended Care Program offers a safe, fun before- and after-school program supervised by licensed caregivers.

Qualifications

• A testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Desire to invest in and disciple students in their relationship with the Lord.
• Demonstrate an ability to work in unity as part of a team, serving others.
• Ability to obtain Boise City Childcare Worker’s license including CPR/First Aide certification (paid for by CVCS upon hire).

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
• Assist with educational activities and homework help.

Cole Valley Christian Schools Extended Care Program offers a safe and fun before and after school program supervised by licensed caregivers. The program serves CVCS students who are enrolled in Early Childhood through 5th grade.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and caring supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
• Assist with educational activities and homework help.

Job Data

• Hours: Approximately 8 hours per week. Between the hours of 3:30 pm and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Starting salary: $15.76 per hour
