Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Correspondence Tech Lead to drive design and delivery of customer communications using OpenText Exstream in Columbus, GA (onsite 3 days/week). The role requires strong SDLC knowledge and leadership over cross-functional teams, including offshore groups.

You will align business needs with scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Exstream and Quadient Inspire, plus a track record of guiding complex deployments and change requests

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire Interactive platforms.
• Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor offshore development and support teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of customer correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream.
• Serve as onsite technical point of contact for stakeholders, owners, architects, and project teams.
• Analyze requirements and translate into document composition designs.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore teams and coordinate releases.
