Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a Correspondence Tech Lead to drive design and delivery of customer communications using OpenText Exstream in Columbus, GA (onsite 3 days/week). The role requires strong SDLC knowledge and leadership over cross-functional teams, including offshore groups.

You will align business needs with scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Exstream and Quadient Inspire, plus a track record of guiding complex deployments and change requests

Qualifications

Experience with OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire Interactive platforms.
Strong understanding of SDLC concepts and leadership experience.
Proven ability to mentor offshore development and support teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation of customer correspondence solutions using OpenText Exstream.
Serve as onsite technical point of contact for stakeholders, owners, architects, and project teams.
Analyze requirements and translate into document composition designs.
Provide technical leadership to offshore teams and coordinate releases.
