Swickard Auto Group is hiring an entry-level Express Technician in Seattle for Volvo Cars Seattle. You’ll perform express maintenance in a fast-paced lane, handling oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections to keep guests moving quickly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform express maintenance services -- oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, wiper blade replacements, cabin and engine air filter replacements, and multi-point inspections
• Identify and communicate additional service needs discovered during inspections to service advisors -- supporting guest safety and service advisor upsell opportunities
• Follow Volvo express lane procedures and safety standards on every vehicle
• Work accurately and efficiently throughout the shift -- the express lane's pace depends on technicians who don't sacrifice quality for speed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of automotive technician, lube tech, or express service experience preferred -- candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong aptitude and work ethic are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures -- oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated -- the express lane depends on consistent output every shift
• Volvo or European brand familiarity a plus -- not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
