Job summary

Quantrell Volvo in Lexington, KY is seeking a Volvo Automotive Service Technician. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a climate-controlled shop, and a path to Volvo factory certification with paid training.

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair Volvo petrol, hybrid, and EVs using VIDA and factory tools. Qualifications include 2+ years in automotive tech, ASE training preferred, a clean driver’s license, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Volvo or European brand experience is a plus, but not required).
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a drive to learn cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on advanced Volvo petrol, hybrid, and electric vehicles.
• Utilize factory diagnostic software (VIDA) and specialized tools to resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Complete multi-point safety inspections and communicate necessary repairs clearly to service advisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace environment.
