Volvo San Francisco, part of Royal Automotive Group, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our team in downtown San Francisco. You will service Volvo vehicles to the highest standards and contribute to a culture of growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work per repair orders to dealership standards.
• Conduct test drives and diagnose vehicle systems using tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, steering, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about findings and time estimates.
• Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Service Technician, you'll be crucial to our team, ensuring our customers' Volvo vehicles are serviced to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Conducting test drives and thoroughly testing vehicle components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicating directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of any additional service needs and providing accurate time estimates for repairs.
• Executing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
