Job summary

Reynolds’ Subaru in Connecticut is seeking an Express Service Writer with no prior experience; we will train you to be successful and grow a career in automotive.

Responsibilities include intake of customers and vehicles, communicating with technicians, presenting results and recommendations, selling services, handling checkout, and managing loaner/rental schedules for a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Professional attitude and strong communication, listening, and phone skills.
• Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and adapt to changes.
• Team player who is organized and structured.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with Word and Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receiving customers and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner.
• Constant communication with service technicians.
• Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from technicians.
• Selling the recommendations from technicians.
• Assisting service customers at checkout
• Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready.
• Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles.
• Managing loaner and rental schedule
