Huffines Auto Dealerships in Plano, TX, is seeking an Automotive Genesis Express Team Lead to oversee the Genesis Express Service lane, ensuring premium, efficient, and customer-focused experiences.

You will lead technicians and advisors, coach the team, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with service staff to deliver swift oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and high-end service.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive service experience
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and repair
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Genesis Express Service team in daily operations, ensuring timely completion of maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Deliver a high-end, concierge-level customer experience aligned with Genesis brand expectations
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing Express Service technicians and team members
• Ensure all safety procedures, policies, and manufacturer guidelines are followed
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management to streamline operations
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards
• Step in to assist with hands-on service work as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
