Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive service experience, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basic automotive maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Genesis Express Service team in daily operations, ensuring timely completion of maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• Deliver a high-end, concierge-level customer experience aligned with Genesis brand expectations.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and service quality to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing Express Service technicians and team members.
• Ensure all safety procedures, policies, and manufacturer guidelines are followed.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and management to streamline operations.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Step in to assist with hands-on service work as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
