Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Express Lube team and coordinate service orders.
• Establish relations with service advisors and drive manager.
• Ensure workmanship meets dealership and factory standards.
• Maintain records for multi-point inspections.
• Perform quality checks before vehicle release.
• Train express teammates and manage weekly schedules.
• Coordinate parts with parts department.
• Report equipment defects to supervision.
• Stay updated on manufacturer bulletins and complete training.
• Maintain dealership tools and manuals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safe tool use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
