Job summary

Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia seeks an energetic express service advisor to join our growing team. You will schedule express service appointments, review service history, and communicate estimates with customers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in service and sales, maintains high customer satisfaction, and holds a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Schedules express service appointments.
• Reviews service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends needed service.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks progress of repair and informs customers of changes in estimates or promised times.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
