Job summary

Ciocca Subaru of Allentown is seeking an energetic automotive express service advisor to join our growing team. You will schedule express service appointments, review vehicle history, and advise customers on needed services while delivering accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record in service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Schedules express service appointments.
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional needed service.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
