Job summary

Ciocca Subaru of Allentown is seeking an energetic automotive express service advisor to join our growing and dynamic team. You will schedule express service appointments, review service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend needed service while communicating progress and updates to customers.

• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
