Job summary

Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia is seeking an energetic express service advisor to join our growing team. You will schedule express service, review service history, inspect vehicles, and present accurate cost estimates for labor and parts.

You will monitor progress, inform customers of changes, and strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Proven track record in service and sales.

• Refers to service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional needed service.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
