Job summary

Ciocca Subaru of Allentown is seeking an energetic, motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will manage service orders, assist customers, and coordinate technician time to ensure efficient vehicle service and a positive customer experience.

The role offers commission-based pay, full-time hours including some Saturdays, PTO, holidays, a modern air-conditioned shop, 401(k) with company matching, medical/dental/vision benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, phone or in person, to avoid mishandling the customer.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
