Job summary

Ciocca Subaru of Allentown is seeking an energetic and motivated automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee the service lane, provide concierge support for owner inquiries, and ensure technicians time is efficiently allocated.

The role offers commission-based pay with potential $60,000–$85,000 annually, full-time schedule including some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
