Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton seeks an energetic automotive service advisor to join a growing team. You will manage service orders, guide customers, and ensure technicians' time is efficiently allocated in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

We offer a competitive commission-based pay range, full-time schedule including some Saturdays, PTO/holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package. This role supports career growth within the Ciocca Automotive family.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing issues and order parts and tools as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.

• Commission based pay: $60,000 - $85,000 potential annually
