Qualifications
- 1 year of automotive service advisor experience (dealership preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Write repair orders for express services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections).
- Educate customers on Toyota maintenance recommendations.
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high CSI scores.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs moving.
