Job summary

DCH Brunswick Toyota is hiring an Express Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle performance concerns, and collaborate with technicians to develop clear repair estimates.

You will verify warranty coverage, communicate updates, and guide customers through service options. A high school diploma and prior service-advisor experience are preferred; bilingual candidates are welcome; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior service advisor/writer experience preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to explain technical terms to customers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle performance concerns or service requests.
• Write repair orders and develop clear, accurate service estimates.
• Communicate needs and recommendations between customers and technicians.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage when applicable.
• Communicate service updates, completion times, and pricing.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in dealership systems.
