Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience required.
• Automotive service advisor or service writer experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain services and sell recommendations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Dependable, punctual with consistent attendance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments.

Our Chapman Chevrolet location in Tempe is currently seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our Service Department team. In this role, you will educate customers on the importance of routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, recommend services, and provide updates throughout the service process to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments
