Job Summary

Customer Service Representative/Service Advisor - Work from Home

Inbound Call Center - $19.00/hour

This position involves providing quality customer service by responding effectively to a variety of inquiries from customers, documenting all cases according to policies and procedures, and striving to meet or exceed customer expectations regarding quality and service levels.

You can shine in this role by assisting callers in an engaging and professional manner.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Steady Monday through Friday schedule (8 hours per day), based on business needs, between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm ET/CT/MT.
  • Twice yearly shift bidding based on performance and needs.
  • Earn $19/hour with potential performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and growth opportunities.
Key Duties
  • Resolve provider/client requests, document cases, and assign accordingly.
  • Respond to inquiries via online customer service tools, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service.
  • Promote teamwork, flexibility, and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Identify process improvements and collaborate across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Call center or similar experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and proper phone etiquette preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently or in a team.
