Job summary

AutoNation in Waco, TX is looking for an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards while building trust with customers. You will work with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production, document work on each vehicle, and participate in factory training to stay current with bulletins and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order to dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep current with factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
