You will perform lubrication, fluid checks, filter changes, oil sampling, and related tasks while upholding safety, quality, and customer service; overtime is available and growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a shop service environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain CDL or DOT certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for field and shop tasks.
• Ability to operate a boom truck or equivalent.
• Ability to operate overhead and field service cranes.
• Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office and service software.
• Ability to complete service reports with details for work orders.
• Willingness to work overtime as required by job and customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Lubricate moving parts of machinery with specified lubricants.
• Inspect fluid levels in engine, hydraulics, transmission, etc.
• Inject grease using hand or compressed-air gun.
• Drain and refill oils as required.
• Collect oil samples for testing.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Recommend additional services to customers during inspections.
• Maintain inventories of oil and filters.
• Inform customers of upcoming service due dates and future recommendations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
