Job summary

Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh is seeking an entry-level technician to perform efficient oil changes and fluid checks, inspect key systems, and rotate tires. You’ll keep bays clean and provide friendly, informative service to every guest.

A valid driver's license is required, and basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn quickly is essential. Shifts run Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm, with starting pay of $17.00–$20.00/hour based on experience; earn an extra $2.00 per hour on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks.
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems.
• Rotate tires and check air pressure.
• Keep bays clean and organized, like a pro.
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest.
