Job summary

Bergstrom Subaru of Green Bay is seeking an Entry Level Technician in Ashwaubenon, WI. The role includes performing oil changes, inspecting filters, rotating tires, and maintaining organization in the bay while delivering friendly, informative service to every guest.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with a potential $2.00 per hour extra on Saturdays. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities within Bergstrom Automotive.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks.
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems.
• Rotate tires and check air pressure.
• Keep bays race shop clean and organized.
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest.

What You'll Do:

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems
• Rotate tires and check air pressure
• Keep bays race shop clean and organized like a true pro
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest

Schedule: Monday-Friday (alternating Saturdays)

Starting pay $17.00-20.00/hour based on experience. Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday!
