Meador Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Express Lube Advisor to support dealership operations. This role offers commission-based pay and requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.

You will greet customers, assess maintenance needs, and coordinate express services while communicating timelines and costs clearly. Reports to the Service Manager and works onsite at the Fort Worth dealership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in automotive service, express maintenance, or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections).
• Ability to create and maintain repair orders, service recommendations, and customer records.
• Comfort with computers, tablets, and dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and create a positive first impression in the service drive.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding vehicle maintenance needs and recommending services.
• Schedule and coordinate express maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections.
• Communicate service recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally.
• Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the service process from check-in to delivery.
• Partner with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely service completion.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Accurately document customer concerns, service requests, and completed work in dealership systems.
• Follow all company, manufacturer, and safety procedures while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Help drive service department success by promoting maintenance programs and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• You will have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• You have previous experience in automotive service, express maintenance, retail automotive, or a customer-facing environment.
• You have knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections.
• You can accurately create and maintain repair orders, service recommendations, and customer records.
• You are comfortable using computers, tablets, and dealership management systems.
