Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Corpus Christi is hiring an Express Lube Advisor. This on-site, full-time role involves handling calls, greeting customers, explaining services and costs, and creating repair orders.

You’ll interact with technicians, provide estimates, and keep customers informed through completion. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid typing skills for repair orders, a valid driver’s license, and excellent customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a vehicle walk-around to assess needs.
• Gain approval for recommended services and offer inspections.
• Create repair orders using the ADP system.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain approval for additional repairs.
• Dispatch repair orders and coordinate with technicians.
• Keep customers informed of repair status until completion.
• Process payments, deliver vehicles, and complete handoff.

What You’ll Do

• Dispatch repair orders efficiently and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle’s repair status until completion.
• Process payments, deliver completed vehicles, and complete the Sales-to-Service customer handoff.
