• Perform vehicle maintenance per repair order, to standards and to drive loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and training classes.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
