Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
