Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Entry Level Express Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, while building customer loyalty through trust and reliability.

You will work closely with Parts and Service Advisors, document work on repair orders, and participate in training to stay current with factory bulletins. This role offers training and advancement opportunities within AutoNation's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
