Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order, efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep up-to-date with factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
