Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician in Colorado Springs to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards, building trust with customers and ensuring safety and reliability. You will coordinate with Parts and Service Advisors, document work, and participate in factory training to stay current.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for cars and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance per repair order, in line with dealership and factory standards, to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order and stay current with factory bulletins/training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
